These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website isfbp.com (the "Website") and your enrolment in any program, course, workshop, certification or masterclass offered by the International School of French Baking & Patisserie, operated by ISFBP Culinary & Hospitality LLP ("ISFBP", "the Institute", "we", "us"). By accessing the Website or enrolling in any program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About ISFBP

ISFBP is a culinary education institute offering Foundation and Diploma programs in French baking and patisserie, along with short-format masterclasses. Our registered office is at Office No. 6, 2nd Floor, Building A, Modi Baug, Bhamburda, Pune Vidhyapeeth Marg, near Malpani Group, Shivaji Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411016. GSTIN: 27AAMFI2768M1ZO.

2. Eligibility

Enrolment is open to individuals who meet the minimum age and eligibility criteria specified for each program. Where an applicant is a minor, enrolment requires the consent and signature of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Admission & Enrolment

Admission to any program is confirmed only upon completion of the admission process, submission of all required documents, and payment of the applicable fees. Submitting an enquiry or lead form does not constitute confirmed enrolment.

4. Fees & Payment

Program fees are communicated at the time of enrolment and may be paid via bank transfer, UPI, card, or cash, including through our online payment gateway partner, Easebuzz, where applicable. Fees may be paid in full or, where offered, through an approved installment plan. The Institute reserves the right to restrict academic participation, assessments, certifications or access to institute facilities in cases of pending fee payments or installment defaults.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

All program fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, with limited provision for batch deferral at the Institute's discretion. Full details are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Student Conduct & Institute Policies

Students enrolled in any program are expected to comply with the Institute's attendance, grooming, health & safety, and conduct policies, which are communicated separately at the time of admission. The Institute reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including suspension or cancellation of admission, in cases of policy violation or academic misconduct.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, images, videos, recipes, course materials and the ISFBP name and logo, is the property of the Institute and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Institute makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on the Website but does not guarantee that the Website will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Website or participation in its programs.

9. Third-Party Payment Processing

Online payments made through the Website are processed by Easebuzz, a third-party payment gateway. ISFBP does not store your card, UPI or bank account details; these are handled directly by the payment gateway in accordance with its own security standards.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

The Institute reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website or enrolment in a program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
